Special Program definition

Special Program means the granting of permission to certain eligible employees of the Company to allocate a portion of their Awards to Options.
Special Program means any governmental or non-governmental program, project, grant, incentive-based opportunity, plug-in, extension use case or other program relating to End User’s or Reseller’s business.
Special Program means a program that provides therapeutic services to drug dependent persons which does not fit into existing program classifications.

More Definitions of Special Program

Special Program means a program established pursuant to 14 Del.C. §203 or that has been approved as a Special Program by the Department of Education with the consent of the State Board of Education.
