Special Meetings means meetings of the Trustees called in accordance with Section 2.5.

Special Meetings may be requested by any PMT member to allow the PMT to address a matter of urgency. The Party requesting the Special Meeting will provide at least 1 Business Day’s written notice, unless all PMT members agree to a shorter timeframe.
