Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event definition

Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event means the earlier to occur of the following two events:
Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event means any event referred to in clauses (i), (ii) or (iii) of Section 4(c) of the Escrow Agreement.
Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event means any event referred to in Section 4(c) of the Escrow Agreement.

More Definitions of Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event

Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event means the occurrence of either of the following events: (1) the Escrow Agent shall not have received a Release Notice (as defined in the Escrow Agreement) on or prior to the then-applicable Outside Date from the Issuer certifying that the Release Conditions (as defined in the Escrow Agreement) will be satisfied on or prior to such then-applicable Outside Date or (2) the Issuer shall notify the Escrow Agent in writing that (A) LGEC (together with its Subsidiaries) will not pursue the consummation of the Starz Acquisition or (B) the Merger Agreement has been validly terminated in accordance with its terms.
Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event means the earliest to occur of the following events: (i) the failure to consummate the Cervalis Acquisition on or before September 30, 2015 or (ii) the termination of the Merger Agreement at any time before September 30, 2015.
Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event means the earlier to occur of: (1) the 60th day after the Issue Date, if the Escrow Release Conditions have not been satisfied on or prior to such date, or (2) the termination of the purchase and sale agreement for the SWEPI Transaction.
Special Mandatory Redemption Trigger Event means the earlier to occur of the following: (i) July 7, 2014 if the MidCon Acquisition has not been consummated on or prior to such date; or (ii) the termination of MidCon Purchase Agreement prior to the consummation thereof.
