Special Losses definition

Special Losses has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4(c).
Special Losses means those Natural Gas quantities which are lost in the Storage Facility as a result of Force Majeure events according to § 18.

Special Losses has the meaning given to that term in Section 10.04(a).
