Special Funding definition

Special Funding means an award by Federal agency or the State which may include but is not limited to one or a combination of Multimodal Transportation & Mitigation Options Funding, Revitalizing Main Streets, Safer Main Streets, Stimulus Funds, Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Funds, ARPA, SLFRF, or COVID Relief.
Special Funding means the funding accredited organizations have agreed to pay to the eligible francophone organization. O. Reg. 723/93, s. 10.

Examples of Special Funding in a sentence

  • Special Funding Arrangements Some payments can be funded by special funding arrangements linked to your PayPal account, such as merchant/transaction specific balance, gift vouchers or other promotional funding arrangements.

  • If for any reason the Special Funding Source fails to generate sufficient revenue for the County to timely perform its obligations under this Agreement, the County may use other funds for such performance as may be approved and appropriated by the Board of County Commissioners in its discretion.

  • This amount does not constitute E-money, is not deemed part of your Balance and is not redeemable in cash - it only represents the amount of E-money which PayPal offers to issue and credit to your PayPal Account at the time of (and only to immediately fund) a qualifying PayPal payment, subject to (and only for the period outlined in) the further terms and conditions of use of that Special Funding Arrangement.

  • These subcontracts shall be executed and managed in accordance with Guidance 26 – Women’s Special Funding.

  • The CARES Act Special Funding Terms and Conditions shall relate to a particular project and be peculiar to that project but shall not weaken the character or intent of the GTC.

  • If your PayPal payment funded by a Special Funding Source is rescinded (including, without limitation, Reversed) at a later time for any reason, PayPal will keep the amount that represents the portion of that PayPal payment that was funded by your Special Funding Source and (provided that the Special Funding Source has not already expired) reinstate the Special Funding Source.

  • Upon Account closure, we will cancel any pending transactions and you will forfeit any Balances associated with Special Funding Sources.

Related to Special Funding

  • Special Fund means any fund other than the city general fund.

  • Initial Funding Date means the date on or after the Closing Date, on which all of the conditions described in Section 6.1 have been satisfied (or waived) in a manner satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and on which the initial Loans under this Agreement are made by the Lenders to the Borrower.

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subcontractors, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:

  • Funding means the amounts of money provided by the LHIN to the HSP in each Funding Year of this Agreement;

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • student loan means a loan towards a student's maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student's bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.

  • Local fund means any of the local retirement funds for

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Mortgage Interest Rate The annual rate of interest borne on a Mortgage Note.

  • CDO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”

  • Special fuel means fuel oils and all combustible gases and liquids suitable for the generation of power for propulsion of motor vehicles or turbine-powered aircraft, and includes any substance used for that purpose, except that it does not include motor fuel. Kerosene shall not be considered to be a special fuel, unless blended with other special fuels for use in a motor vehicle with a diesel engine. Methanol shall not be considered to be a special fuel unless blended with other special fuels for use in a motor vehicle with a diesel engine.

  • Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.
