Special Facilities definition

Special Facilities means the Lessee Project Components, all extensions, additions, modifications and improvements thereto and all other improvements, fixtures, equipment and facilities that, pursuant to this Agreement or any supplement hereto or amendment hereof, are financed with any proceeds of the Series 2001 Bonds or any Additional Bonds.
Special Facilities means facilities for which separate procedures governing the use and scheduling have been developed. Special facilities, include but are not limited to, the Campus Center (reference Campus Center Complex Operational Policies for guideline), Hemenway Hall, Kennedy Theatre, Andrews Amphitheatre and the athletic facilities (indoor and outdoor).
Special Facilities shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 14.3.4(a);

More Definitions of Special Facilities

Special Facilities means structures, hangars, aircraft overhaul, maintenance, or repair shops, heliports, hotels, retail and commercial facilities, storage facilities, garages, other facilities, and appurtenances, being a part of and located on the Airport System, the cost of the construction or other acquisition of which Special Facilities is financed with the proceeds of Special Facilities Bonds issued pursuant to the Master Indenture or other sources of financing.
Special Facilities means particular facilities financed with the proceeds of Special Revenue Bonds.
Special Facilities means those facilities financed with the proceeds of Special Facilities Bonds as described in Section 6.02 hereof.
