Special Energy Meter definition

Special Energy Meter or “SEM” means meters installed in accordance with the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, as amended from time to time;
Special Energy Meter or SEM means such meters, of not less than 0.2S class accuracy, as are capable of:-
