Special education student definition

Special education student means a student enrolled in or eligible for participation in a special educational program.
Special education student means a student receiving specific services pursuant to N.J.S.A.18A:46-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 6A:14, Special Education.
Special education student means a child with disabilities for whom the IDEA requires the development of an IEP.
