Special Construction Costs definition

Special Construction Costs apply to our Ethernet and our MPLS Services, which are each subject to the availability and operational limitations of carrier systems, facilities, materials and equipment. If such systems, facilities, materials and equipment (such as outside plant, cable, repeater, conduit, structures and/or electronics) are not available, “Special Construction Costs” associated with delivery of the Ethernet or MPLS Service will apply, which costs include, but are not limited to, recovery of direct costs associated with the length, type, and/or size of facility and/or cable deployment required, equipment deployment required, and Term of Service.
