Special Collection definition

Special Collection means the health department approved collection of refuse outside of the requirements of this chapter. Note: Special collection typically includes collections such as spring and fall clean-up initiatives, bulk item pick-ups, and recycling initiatives.

Special Collection means an Authority collection for bulky items, leaves, yard waste and such other materials as may be set out in any Directive issued by the Authority.
