Special Bonuses definition

Special Bonuses means the bonuses (prêmios) to be paid by CTF to or at the direction of certain individuals in connection with the closing of the Transaction, in the amounts disclosed in the CTF Disclosure Letter.
Special Bonuses means the bonuses described in Section 1.1 of this Agreement.
Special Bonuses. You will receive a $20 bonus for a new client registering with company for lessons at a new location as a result of contractor referral (finder's fee). Also, $20 bonus for each client contract continuing past 16 lessons as a result of contractor's wonderful teaching. Submitting Invoices for Payment: Clients continue lessons throughout the season. Contractors are free to turn in invoices for pay at any point along the way. When you do, submit invoices for each client with supportive time sheets bearing client initials verifying number of lessons you completed. Any forgeries of client initials will indicate grounds for legal action. Payment by company to contractor will follow twice monthly. Invoices received by the company by the 5th of the month and 20th of the month are paid by the 15th and 30th of the month respectively. Examples of Special Bonuses in a sentence

  • There is no assurance that one or more Special Bonuses will be paid in the future.

  • The Variable Cash Component – Bonuses, Special Bonuses and Commissions 5.1 Targets for an annual cash bonus (“Annual Bonus”) for an Executive Officer.

  • Under no circumstances will a Participant forfeit any portion of the Participant’s Deferred Compensation, Deferred Bonuses, Deferred Special Bonuses, Deferred Retention Bonuses or Deferred Equity.

More Definitions of Special Bonuses

Special Bonuses means all amounts as determined by the Seller to be paid as a special bonus by the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries to the management and employees of the Company and/or its subsidiaries, as set out in the Box Data Room for the purposes of recognising their successful execution of the Group’s various initiatives and key medium-term objectives for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021;
Special Bonuses means bonuses or other payments payable to Company personnel upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement without regard to whether the recipient's employment has been terminated.
