Special Bonus Plan definition

Special Bonus Plan means the Company's Special Bonus Plan dated March 1, 1999.
Special Bonus Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(e).

Special Bonus Plan means the Alamo Pressure Pumping Special Bonus Plan, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Seller, Purchaser, the Company and the Plan Administrators (as defined therein).
