Special Assessment Parcel definition

Special Assessment Parcel means the property located in the Special Assessment District to which one hundred percent (100%) of the Special Assessment has been spread by the County and which is more particularly described on the attached Appendix B.
Special Assessment Parcel means the property to which one hundred percent (100%) of the Special Assessment Roll has been spread by Ingham County and which is more particularly described on the attached Appendix D.

Examples of Special Assessment Parcel in a sentence

  • The Property Owner is the sole and exclusive legal and equitable title owner of fee simple title to the Special Assessment Parcel and the Improvements located, or to be located, thereon and has full legal power and authority to consent to the finalization and levying of the Special Assessment as provided herein.

  • The transfer of title to all or any part of the Special Assessment Parcel shall not, in and of itself, trigger an acceleration of the PACE special assessment.

  • All such amounts shall constitute a lien against the Special Assessment Parcel.

  • The Board of Commissioners has determined to establish a PACE Program and allow the financing of Improvements by special assessment upon the Special Assessment Parcel, which the Authorized Official under the PACE Program finds is especially benefited in proportion to the costs of the Improvements.

  • The Property Owner shall have obtained consent from each holder of a mortgage interest or lien upon the Special Assessment Parcel prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement in substantially the form set forth in the PACE Program Report.

  • There are no delinquent taxes, special assessments, or water or sewer charges on the Special Assessment Parcel that will be assessed under this Agreement; and there are no delinquent assessments on the Special Assessment Parcel under a PACE program.

  • The Property Owner has entered all electricity bills for the Special Assessment Parcel for the year (12 consecutive months) immediately preceding the installation of the Energy Project.

  • Annual electricity bills for the Special Assessment Parcel will be entered into the Property Owner’s Energy Star Portfolio Manager account by January 31 of each year after the year for which the electricity bills are to be entered.

  • The Special Assessment is an obligation with respect to the Special Assessment Parcel, and shall, until paid, be a lien upon the Special Assessment Parcel for the amount of the Special Assessment and all interest, charges and penalties that may accrue thereon.

  • The Property Owner, the Special Assessment Parcel and the Improvements satisfy all of the PACE Program eligibility and program requirements set forth in Appendix A.

Related to Special Assessment Parcel

  • Special Assessment means an assessment levied against property to pay all or a portion of the costs of making improvements that benefit the property.

  • Special Assessments means any of the following, except as otherwise provided in subsection (6):

  • Initial assessment means an assessment conducted prior to or at admission to determine whether the individual meets the service's admission criteria; what the individual's immediate service, health, and safety needs are; and whether the provider has the capability and staffing to provide the needed services.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Condominium unit A Single Family Property within a Condominium Project.

  • Condominium means a common interest community in which portions of the real estate are designated for separate ownership and the remainder of the real estate is designated for common ownership solely by the owners of those portions. A common interest community is not a condominium unless the undivided interests in the common elements are vested in the unit owners.

  • Initial assessed value means the assessed value, as equalized, of all the taxable property within the boundaries of the development area at the time the resolution establishing the tax increment financing plan is approved as shown by the most recent assessment roll of the municipality for which equalization has been completed at the time the resolution is adopted. Property exempt from taxation at the time of the determination of the initial assessed value shall be included as zero. For the purpose of determining initial assessed value, property for which a specific local tax is paid in lieu of a property tax shall not be considered property that is exempt from taxation. The initial assessed value of property for which a specific tax was paid in lieu of a property tax shall be determined as provided in subdivision (w).

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Environmental Assessment means an assessment of the presence, storage or release of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant with respect to the collateral securing a Shared-Loss Loan that has been fully or partially charged off.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • College property means any property owned, leased, or controlled by a member college of the Virginia Community College System and the administrative office of the Virginia Community College System.

  • Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA means the land in the floodplain subject to a one percent (1%) or greater chance of being flooded in any given year, as determined in Article 3, Section B of this ordinance.

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Special area means a sea area where for recognized technical reasons in relation to its oceanographical and ecological condition and to the particular character of its traffic the adoption of special mandatory methods for the prevention of sea pollution by oil is required. Special areas shall include those listed in Regulation 10 of this Annex.
