Spearhead Pipeline definition

Spearhead Pipeline means the Spearhead Pipeline, as modified to have an annual average capacity of approximately 190,000 barrels per day.
Spearhead Pipeline means the pipeline system of that name that transports crude oil originating in Canada to Cushing, Oklahoma.
