Spare Parts definition

Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
Spare Parts means such items as spare propellers and tailshafts and self- contained operable units of machinery or equipment, as well as those items generally recognized within the mari- time industry as Spare Parts. Maritime Administration, DOT § 272.14
Spare Parts means goods which are to be installed in or on a vehicle so as to replace original parts of that vehicle, including goods such as lubricants which are necessary for the use of a vehicle, with the exception of fuel;

Examples of Spare Parts in a sentence

  • Without prejudice to its rights under Clause 3.3 in respect of defective Goods (and/or Services, if applicable), the Purchaser shall inspect the Goods and/or Spare Parts (and/or Services, if applicable), within a reasonable period after delivery or performance (being not less than fourteen (14) calendar days).

  • Desktop Metal may, on a periodic basis, collect or receive data from or through the Products, Spare Parts, Software or Services, including information identifying a Product’s status (such as operation details or logs about any function being performed or Consumables usage) and aspects of the Product’s environment that may affect its operations (all such data, collectively, “Product Operation Data”).

  • TOMRA shall deliver the Goods and/or Spare Parts to the Purchaser at the Place of Delivery in accordance with the agreed Incoterms 2010 set out in the Agreement.


More Definitions of Spare Parts

Spare Parts means goods that are to be installed in or on a vehicle to replace original parts of that vehicle, including goods that are necessary for the use of a vehicle, with the exception of fuel;
Spare Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, avionics, furnishings, seats and other equipment of whatever nature which are of the type of aircraft spare parts other than any QEC Kits, excluding any such spare parts to the extent installed on any aircraft or engine from time to time.

Spare Parts means all appliances, parts, components, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings, seats and other equipment of whatever nature that may from time to time be installed or incorporated in or attached or appurtenant to any Aircraft Object or removed therefrom.
Spare Parts means the items of equipment and material that may be provided pursuant to Exhibit H.
