SPAC Preferred Stock definition

SPAC Preferred Stock means preferred stock of SPAC, par value $0.0001 per share.
SPAC Preferred Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
SPAC Preferred Stock means the Preferred Stock of the SPAC with rights, preferences and privileges as set forth in the Certificate of Designation.
