SPAC Articles definition

SPAC Articles means the Amended and Restated Memorandum of Association of SPAC, as adopted by special resolution dated January 21, 2021 and effective on January 21, 2021, as amended or restated from time to time.
SPAC Articles means the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of SPAC, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
SPAC Articles means the Second Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of SPAC, adopted pursuant to a special resolution passed on February 4, 2021.
