S&P Exposure Period definition

S&P Exposure Period means the maximum period of time following a Valuation Date, including the Valuation Date and the AMPS Basic Maintenance Cure Date, that the Corporation has under these Articles Supplementary to cure any failure to maintain, as of such Valuation Date, the Discounted Value for its portfolio at least equal to the AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount (as described in paragraph 7(a) of these Articles Supplementary).
S&P Exposure Period means the sum of (i) that number of days from the last Valuation Date on which the Fund’s Discounted Value of S&P Eligible Assets were greater than the MTP Basic Maintenance Amount to the Valuation Date on which the Fund’s Discounted Value of S&P Eligible Assets failed to exceed the MTP Basic Maintenance Amount, (ii) seven Business Days , and (iii) the maximum number of days the Fund has to effect a mandatory redemption under Section 2.5(b) of the Statement.
S&P Exposure Period means the period commencing on a given Valuation Date and ending three business days thereafter.
