SOX Insiders definition

SOX Insiders means the directors and executive officers (or equivalent thereof) of the Primary Borrower or The Xxxxxxx Sachs Group, Inc. or any spouse thereof, in each case who, in the reasonable opinion of the Primary Borrower, constitutes “insiders” of the Primary Borrower or The Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Group, Inc. for purposes of SOX from time to time.

SOX Insiders means the employees (or any of their spouses) of The TCW Group, Inc., the Borrower, the Investment Advisor or any Affiliate thereof, in each case who, in the reasonable opinion of Borrower, constitute “insiders” for purposes of SOX from time to time.

  • Insiders means all of the officers, directors and stockholders of the Company immediately prior to the Company’s IPO.

  • Broad-Based Black Economic Empower-ment Act means the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003);

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place”, “stay at home”, workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure or sequester order, guideline, recommendation or Law, or any other applicable Laws, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Entity in connection with or in response to COVID-19.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.
