SOW Services means statement of work services, requiring the successful achievement of milestones, outputs and/or deliverables as set out in Contractor Schedule;

SOW Services means services which may include but are not limited to, consulting, custom programming, data conversion, IP installation, project management, product implementation, program modifications, and training, that are listed in one or more SOW(s) executed by Client and Fidelity, which SOW(s) are incorporated into and form a part of this Agreement.

Examples of SOW Services in a sentence

  • Modernizing Medicine will continue to perform SOW Services pursuant to the existing Statement of Work and will have no obligation to perform any Change Order Request unless and until the Parties have agreed in writing to such an equitable adjustment to the SOW Fees and/or schedule, as applicable.

  • Medical Practice acknowledges that Modernizing Medicine may engage subcontractors to perform certain of the SOW Services.

  • If Modernizing Medicine approves a Change Order Request, then Modernizing Medicine will promptly notify Medical Practice if it believes that such Change Order Request requires an adjustment to the SOW Fees (as defined below) or to the schedule for the performance of the SOW Services.

  • In addition, Medical Practice will reimburse Modernizing Medicine for the following expenses incurred by Modernizing Medicine or its personnel in connection with the performance of the SOW Services (the “SOW Expenses”): all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and all reasonable travel, lodging and other related expenses.

  • For Modernizing Medicine’s performance of the SOW Services, Medical Practice will pay Modernizing Medicine the fees calculated in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement, including, any applicable Statement of Work (the “SOW Fees”).

  • Medical Practice may submit to Modernizing Medicine written requests to change the scope of SOW Services (each such request, a “Change Order Request”).

  • For purposes of this Agreement, any training services specified in Schedule “A” to the License Agreement, any services provided by Modernizing Medicine with respect to the PM Bridge (as defined below) described on Schedule “A” to the License Agreement and any set-up services referenced in Schedule “A” to the License Agreement shall be deemed SOW Services under this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, Modernizing Medicine shall send an invoice (each, a “SOW Invoice”) to Medical Practice on (i) a monthly basis for all applicable SOW Fees and SOW Expenses based on the SOW Services performed by Modernizing Medicine during the preceding month, (ii) a monthly basis with respect to any monthly maintenance fees applicable to Medical Practice’s PM Bridge and (iii) an annual basis with respect to any annual maintenance fees applicable to Medical Practice’s PM Bridge.

  • The Fees payable by Recycle BC for the performance by Contractor of the SOW Services are set out in Attachment 5 to this Statement of Work, and such Fees begin after the Service Commencement Date.

  • Clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 shall only apply to Services charged on a time and materials basis and clauses 5.5 and 5.6 shall only apply to SOW Services.

Related to SOW Services

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Basic municipal services means a municipal service necessary to ensure an acceptable and reasonable quality of life, which service – if not provided – would endanger public health or safety or the environment.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.
