VAT: value added tax or any equivalent sales tax chargeable in the UK or elsewhere. Works: the specific services which are agreed to be provided by Smart Co under a Statement of Work, including services which are incidental or ancillary to the Works.

Related to SoW Charges

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;
