The Partners consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, for any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Each Limited Partner will, on request by the General Partner, sign every certificate, agreement or other instrument necessary to comply with any law or regulation of any jurisdiction in South Africa or any other relevant jurisdiction for the continuation and good standing of the Partnership or to otherwise carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
