City and Redeveloper agree that any material change in the scope of the Redevelopment Project including termination of the entire Project for any reason, except as specifically set forth herein, shall require mutual written agreement considering the established Sources and Uses of Funds for the Project and, if applicable, the costs incurred by the respective parties to date.
The SUBRECIPIENT shall expend the allocation as follows: Most Impacted and Distressed (MID) Furthermore, “not to exceed” line items and activity budgets under this Agreement shall be identified within the approved budget under the Project Budget and Expense (Sources and Uses) Worksheet.
Each column is defined below: (refer to Sample Packet, page 2) • Column A is the category from the Sources and Uses page for projected expenses • Column B is the forecasted maximum allowable cost per the Final Finance Plan • Column C is the actual developer’s expense • Column D is the amount of prior requests • Column E is the balance column.
The Sources and Uses page is broken down into phases and categories on a forecasted maximum allowable cost.
Invoices must be submitted in the categories listed in the approved Final Finance Plan Sources and Uses page.
