Source System definition

Source System means the computer system, typically and electronic health record system, at the Participating Organization, that generates the Message Content or Notice.
Source System means a billing system used to process Client subscribers prior to conversion to Atlys(R).
Source System means the software program, platform or database containing Customer Data, and which is (i) specified by Customer, and (ii) connected to the Application for the purpose of enabling the Application to perform data management operations upon such Customer Data.

  • Apart from the foregoing acceptance, the Clearing House is not able to, and will not, verify the authorization of the source of any details of any transaction reported to it for registration by any FCM Approved Trade Source System.

  • Such matters form part of the relationship between the FCM Clearing Members and that FCM Approved Trade Source System.

  • FCM SwapClear Transactions presented through an FCM Approved Trade Source System must be in an acceptable message format, as prescribed by the Clearing House.

  • The Clearing House will process any FCM SwapClear Transaction reported to it by an FCM Approved Trade Source System on an “as is” basis and, subject to the FCM Rulebook, will register any such FCM SwapClear Transaction on the basis of the data provided to it by the FCM Approved Trade Source System and approved by the relevant FCM Clearing Member.

For example, a subscriber could have both wireless voice service and a wireless data service as part of his/her subscription with Client. A Subscriber may be Active or Inactive as defined herein. "System" shall mean (a) Convergys' proprietary Atlys(R) software in use for Client pursuant to this Agreement, (b) any Releases of Atlys(R) which Convergys implements for Client, and (c) Third Party Software provided by Convergys to provide the Data Processing Services to Client pursuant to this Agreement. "Term" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.0 of this Agreement. "Termination Fee" shall mean the fee to be paid by Client to Convergys in the event Client terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 19.1 or Section 30.2 of the MSA. "TDMA" or "Time Division Multiple Access" is a digital transmission scheme that multiplexes three signals over a single channel. "Third Party" shall mean any party other than Client or Convergys. "Third Party Software" shall mean any program, or component of a program, that is licensed to Client or Convergys by a Third Party and is necessary to provide the Services. The Convergys provided Third Party Software as of the Effective Date is listed in Attachment C to Work Order 2002-01. "Time and Materials" shall mean a Convergys and Client billing arrangement in which Client is billed the actual time and materials Convergys expended in completing a request. Related to Source System

  • E-System means any electronic system approved by Agent, including Syndtrak®, Intralinks® and ClearPar® and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by Agent, any of its Related Persons or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Water supply system means a water distribution system, piping, connection fittings, valves and appurtenances within a building, structure, or premises. Water supply systems are also referred to commonly as premise plumbing systems.

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.
