Source License definition

Source License means the rights granted pursuant to Sections 2 and 3 of this LSA #4.
Source License means a license agreement under which the rights to perform music are Cleared At The Source.

  • No source code for any Company IP has been delivered, licensed or made available to any escrow agent or other Person who is not, as of the date of this Agreement, an employee of the Company or any Subsidiary, including under any Open Source License.

  • The term “Confidential Information” shall mean any (i) confidential, proprietary or trade secret information disclosed by one Party to the other that is in written, graphic, machine readable or other tangible form and is marked “Confidential”, “Proprietary”, or in some other manner to indicate its confidential nature and (ii) Collective Technology (except to the extent that such Collective Technology is subject to any disclosure obligations under any Open Source License).

Related to Source License

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.
