Source Code Output File definition

Source Code Output File means output generated in the form of Source Code by the Source Code Generation option and based on the Customer Model. A Source Code Output File (i) contains Value Added Technology and (ii) has a structure dictated by the Value Added Technology integrated in the Licensed Program.
Source Code Output File means output generated in the form of Source Code by the Source Code Generation option and based on the Licensee Model. A Source Code Output File (i) contains Value Added Technology and (ii) has a structure dictated by the Value Added Technology integrated in the Licensed Program. Specific Terms for Third Party or Third Party Terms means the specific terms relating to certain third party components not developed or created by or for a DS Group Company and licensed to Licensee to be used in connection with or within a Licensed Program and published at xxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/terms/third-party-terms. Support Services means the maintenance, enhancement and other support services related to a Licensed Program as published at xxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/terms/support-policies. User means any (a) Licensee’s employee, or (b) employee of Licensee’s consultant(s) or subcontractor(s) (i) who accesses a Licensed Program, (ii) who works for the exclusive internal needs of Licensee and (iii) whose usual workplace is located within Licensee’s premises.
Source Code Output File means output generated in the form of Source Code by the Source Code Generation option and based on the Licensee Model. A Source Code Output File (i) contains Value Added Technology and (ii) has a structure dictated by the Value Added Technology integrated in the Licensed Program. Examples of Source Code Output File in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, internal use shall include redistribution of the Source Code Output File as embedded into Customer’s products, but shall exclude redistribution of the Source Code Output File alone.

  • As long as the Source Code Generation Option license is valid, DS grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce and modify (solely for the purpose of improving, adapting to Customer’s needs and bug fixing of Source Code Output File) the Value Added Technology strictly as integrated in the Source Code Output File in order to enable Users (and/or Extended Enterprise Users as applicable) to operate the Output File exclusively for Customer’s internal use.

  • In addition, and as long as the license on the Source Code Generation Option is valid, DS grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to distribute on a worldwide basis to any third parties the Value Added Technology in order to enable such third parties to operate the Source Code Output File exclusively for such third parties’ internal use.

  • However, Customer shall not use, and shall not permit any third party to use, any form or part of the Value Added Technology (including without limitation, such as included in a Source Code Output File, a Binary Output File and/or Obfuscated Source Code) to develop a software program competing or intended to compete directly or indirectly with the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies, for whatever purpose.

Related to Source Code Output File

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.
