SOQ Due Date definition

SOQ Due Date means May 28, 2019, no later than 2 p.m. (Pacific Time).
SOQ Due Date means the date identified for submission of SOQs in Section 2.2 of this RFQ.
SOQ Due Date means September 7, 2016.

  • Revise and modify, at any time before the SOQ Due Date, the factors it will consider in evaluating SOQs and to otherwise revise or expand its evaluation methodology.

  • At any time prior to the specified SOQ Due Date and Time, a Vendor (or designated representative) may amend or withdraw its SOQ.

  • Predicted output in year 11 would be 9050 units (plotted accurately on graph paper).

  • All Vendors shall (1) examine the entire RFQ, (2) seek clarification of any item or requirement that may not be clear, (3) check all responses for accuracy before submitting an SOQ and (4) submit the entire SOQ by the official SOQ Due Date and Time.

  • For any protests filed after the SOQ Due Date, Proposer filing the protest shall concurrently send a copy of the protest with the other Proposers whose addresses may be obtained by contacting the RFQ Procurement Contact.


More Definitions of SOQ Due Date

SOQ Due Date means Thursday, August 31, 2017, as such date may be extended in accordance with the terms of this RFQ.

Related to SOQ Due Date

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Desired Due Date means the desired service activation date as requested by CLEC on a service order.

  • Proposal Due Date means the date and time specified in the Proposal Invitation, or any addenda thereto, by which Vendors are required to submit Proposals for this Proposal Invitation.

  • Quarterly Payment Date means the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December.

  • Extended Due for Payment Date means, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds, the date, if any, specified as such in the applicable Final Terms to which the payment of all or (as applicable) part of the Final Redemption Amount payable on the Final Maturity Date will be deferred in the event that the Final Redemption Amount is not paid in full on the Extension Determination Date.

  • Overdue Scheduled Payment means any Scheduled Payment which is not in fact received by the Subordination Agent within five days after the Scheduled Payment Date relating thereto.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2027.

  • Quarterly Payment Dates means each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Maturity Payment Date means the date falling on the fifth Business Day following the Valuation Date, provided, however, that if the Reference Portfolio Return is not determined on such Valuation Date because the date at which the Reference Asset Return of one or more Reference Assets to be determined is postponed, then the Maturity Payment Date will be the fifth Business Day following the latest of such postponed dates at which the Reference Portfolio Return is determined; in each case where the Maturity Payment Date is so postponed, there will be no interest or other compensation made in respect of any such delay.

  • Premium Payment Date in respect of any Option, means the date on which the Premium is due and payable, as agreed to at the time the Option is entered into, as evidenced in a Confirmation.

  • Prepaid Monthly Payment Any Monthly Payment received prior to its scheduled Due Date, which is intended to be applied to a Mortgage Loan on its scheduled Due Date and held in the related Custodial Account for P&I until the Withdrawal Date following its scheduled Due Date.

  • Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in December 2024.
