Solution Partner definition

Solution Partner means the Party who enters into a partnership agreement with Avalara or participates in an Avalara Partner Program.

Examples of Solution Partner in a sentence

  • Unless the context otherwise requires, all references to “Contractor” throughout this Agreement shall refer to both Contractor and each Contractor Solution Partner.

  • Without limiting Contractor’s obligations above, Contractor shall cause each Contractor Solution Partner to comply with the provisions of this Section 11 to the same extent that Contractor is required to comply with such provisions.

  • Partner will ensure that if the Partner Solution and associated Authorization access, collect, or transmit any Customer data from SAP Solution, Partner is responsible for collecting and maintaining all such data in compliance with applicable data privacy and protection laws.

  • Partner may not advertise itself as having M-Files Solution Partner status before approval of Partner submission or after the term of this Agreement.

  • The Solution Partner shall be given written notification that a debt collection agency or third party has been engaged to recover the claim.

  • Partner is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to use, copy, print and publish the then current version of the Company Solution Partner Logo along with Partner’s Company related software products and services, including related marketing material and its websites and other business communication, during the term of this Agreement.

  • Partner is entitled to receive benefits including, a listing in the M-Files Solution Catalog website, use of M-Files Solution Partner logos, and an M-Files Not For Resale (NFR) license for development and support purposes.

  • BCP means BCP Asset Management Limited and its successors, assigns and transferees.

  • CSP means a Member or a Special Member, which action on behalf of itself or one or more other Members or non-Members, participates in the PJM Interchange Energy Market, Ancillary Services markets, and/or Reliability Pricing Model by causing a reduction in demand. Customer Facility:

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
