Solicitation of Orders definition

Solicitation of Orders is defined as encompassing "requests for purchases" as well as "those activities that are ancillary to requests for purchases, those that serve no independent business function apart from their connection to the soliciting of orders. GTx is not authorized to solicit or accept any sales orders for the Co-Promoted Collaboration Products. If, for any reason, GTx receives a sales order for the Co-Promoted Collaboration Product, GTx shall promptly forward such orders to Ortho.
