Sole Point of Contact definition

Sole Point of Contact means the Procurement employee to whom proposers shall address any questions regarding the solicitation or award process. The sole point of contact shall be the arbitrator of any dispute concerning performance of the Contract.
Sole Point of Contact means the person listed in Section 2.3.1 (Sole Point of Contact).

  • Department employees have been directed not to hold conferences and/or discussions concerning this RFP with any potential Contractor during the selection process, unless otherwise authorized by the RFP Sole Point of Contact.

  • All inquiries concerning technical or bidding information should be directed in writing (via email or fax) with the solicitation number and name in the subject line to the Purchasing Representative identified in Part I, Section 1.6 – Sole Point of Contact.

  • Responses may be withdrawn from consideration or amended at any time prior to the Response Deadline by submitting a written request by e-mail to the point of contact listed in Section 6.1 (Sole Point of Contact and Communications).The e-mail subject line for withdrawal should contain the Solicitation (IFB) number as indicated on the cover page of this Solicitation.

  • Bidders seeking to contact the Sole Point of Contact should do so via e-mail in order to receive updated contact information.See also Section 6.2 (Exception to Sole Point of Contact) below.This restriction (as to only communicating in writing with the HHSC Sole Point of Contact identified above) does not preclude discussions between Bidder and agency personnel for the purposes of conducting business unrelated to this Solicitation.

  • The missing information or corrections must be submitted to the Sole Point of Contact e-mail address, Section 6.1 (Sole Point of Contact and Communications) by the deadline set by HHSC.

  • Point of Contact means the individual designated to be a Vendor’s only contact with the DCH following the public advertisement of a solicitation or the issuance of a request for a bid, proposal, or quote, until the award of a resulting contract and resolution of a Protest, if applicable.

  • Point of Interconnection means the point or points where the Customer Interconnection Facilities interconnect with the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission System.
