Sole Certificateholder definition

Sole Certificateholder. Any Certificate Owner, or Certificate Owners acting in unanimity, of a Book-Entry Certificate or a Holder of a Definitive Certificate holding 100% of the then-outstanding Class E, Class F and Class G Certificates; provided, that the Certificate Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-SB, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates have been retired.
