The Seller hereby acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstance shall the Seller have any right to repurchase all or any portion of the Sold Assets from the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser.
None of the Purchaser Parties shall have any obligation or liability with respect to any Sold Assets or Seller Collateral, nor shall any of them be obligated to perform any of the obligations of the Seller, the Master Servicer or any Originator thereunder.
