Examples of Solar Products in a sentence

  • If a Force Majeure event completely preventing delivery of Solar Products continues for more than one (1) year, the Party not claiming the Force Majeure will be entitled to terminate this PPA upon written notice.

  • During the Term and subject to the provisions of this PPA, Seller shall sell and deliver or cause to be delivered, and Buyer shall purchase and receive or cause to be received, one hundred percent (100%) of the Solar Products generated by the Facility up to the Nameplate Capacity.

  • LIPA is not obligated to continue to purchase Solar Products until Seller's successor has accepted and complied with all conditions of this PPA.

Related to Solar Products

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,
