Solar Power Developer definition

Solar Power Developer means Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium that got selected through the bidding process conducted by APGCL through “Grid connected solar photo voltaic projects for 70 MWAC Amguri Solar Park in Assam”. Any reference to the Solar Power Developer includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require.

Solar Power Developer shall have the meaning attributed thereto in the array of Parties hereinabove as set forth in the Recitals;

Solar Power Developer or SPD” means the Bidder who has been selected based on the RFS and includes its successor in interest.

• During the operation of the plant, there can be some periods where the Project can generate power but due to temporary transmission unavailability, the power is not evacuated, for reasons not attributable to the Solar Power Developer.

Solar Power Developer means a company registered under Indian Companies Act, a partnership firm registered under partnership Act or a society registered under A.P./TG Society Registration Act.

Solar Power Developer means the Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium participating in the bid and having been selected and allocated a project capacity by SECI (through a competitive bidding process), including the SPV formed by the selected bidder/ consortium for the purpose of setting up of project and signing of PPA with SECI.
