Software Warranty Period definition

Software Warranty Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Software Warranty Period means the period during which the Software Warranty is in effect pursuant to Section 13.3(a).

More Definitions of Software Warranty Period

Software Warranty Period means a ninety (90) day period commencing upon Delivery of the Software.
