Software Updates definition

Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
Software Updates means all Software updates and enhancements that Proofpoint generally makes available at no additional charge to its customers who are current in payment of applicable Subscription Fees or otherwise provides to Customer under this Agreement.
Software Updates means certain Updates, modifications, or revisions to the Software, provided solely pursuant to Maintenance, but excludes Software Upgrades and other products for which Forcepoint generally charges a separate fee. “Software Upgrades” means a major version change to the software signified by a change in the number to the left of the decimal point and is a product for which Forcepoint charges a separate fee.

Examples of Software Updates in a sentence

  • Hologic may develop Software Updates and if, at Hologic’s discretion, Hologic must perform on-site installation, Customer must allow Hologic access to the Equipment to install the Software Updates.

  • Service coverage for Software Updates and Software Upgrades is determined by the Service Type, or as required by applicable law.

  • Supplier shall perform all Break/Fix and Maintenance activities necessary to and associated with the Maintenance and repair of Assets and Networks (e.g., deploying emergency and standard Software Updates, Patches, hot packs) (“Break/Fix and Maintenance Services”).

  • Unless otherwise indicated by the Service Type or required by applicable law, Customer must request installation of Software Updates and Software Upgrades during the Coverage Period for coverage.


More Definitions of Software Updates

Software Updates means bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements to the Software currently licensed to Customer that are provided to Customer at no charge during the Contract Period.
Software Updates means additional or replacement code for any portion of a Product that Microsoft may make available to the general public without a fee from time to time.
Software Updates means program updates (including cumulative updates containing corrections) and new system versions and releases containing enhancements and modifications to the Licensed Products provided by Licensor pursuant to this Agreement.
Software Updates means bug fixes, documentation improvements and feature additions, including all major (i.e., numbered) and minor (i.e., point) releases, when and if made available by WSP.
