Software System definition

Software System means the Software and Third Party Software.
Software System means the Client Software and the Software Service.
Software System means the software platform owned by Seller and used in the Business as of the date of the Agreement to provide ecommerce functionality to consumers, wholesale management to businesses collecting orders for fulfillment, and back-office administrative and customer support, including those applications and services providing content, product personalization/customization, checkout, order management, promotions/discounts management, product management, supplier and carrier management, inventory and SKU management, tax management, gift certificate management, and customer service call handling.

  • Supplier warrants that the Solution, Solution Components, Deliverables, Product, Software, System Software, Update as obligated and provided by Supplier under the order or SOW does not contain any embedded device or code (e.g., time bomb) that is intended to obstruct or prevent any Authorized User’s use of the Solution, Solution Components, Deliverables, Product, Software or System Software.

  • Any update, modification, or new release of the Software, System Software, Application, Documentation, or Supplier Product that Supplier makes generally available to its customers at no additional cost.

  • VENDOR acknowledges that the Software System may be of little or no value to COUNTY if not fully compliant with the Functional Specifications.

  • In the event all or any portion of the Software System does not timely comply with the Functional Specifications, and VENDOR is unwilling or unable to timely cure such default as provided in §12.2 above, COUNTY will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid to VENDOR for the Software System, in addition to any other remedies available to COUNTY by law or pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Software System

Software System means the standard, unmodified computer programs in object code, unless otherwise specified on Schedule 1, and procedure statements in machine readable form, together with one set of Company standard documentation as listed on Schedule 1. The Software System does not include separate, independent, and stand-alone modules or subsystems which Client has developed and maintained without Company's assistance.
Software System means, collectively, any Software Application and the related Application Dashboard and Application Platform; and (iii) “Application Dashboard” means an online user interface used to access a Software Application and organize and display Customer information generated by, uploaded to or stored within any Software System.
