Software Specification definition

Software Specification means the specification for the Software set out in the Documentation;
Software Specification means [the specification for the Software set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Software Licence Particulars) and in the Documentation][, as it may be varied by the written agreement of the parties from time to time]; and

More Definitions of Software Specification

Software Specification means the specification for the Software set out in the Documentation; "Source Code" means the Software code in human-readable form or any part of the Software code in human-readable form, including code compiled to create the Software or decompiled from the Software, but excluding interpreted code comprised in the Software;

Software Specification means the description of Software functions, facilities, performance levels (where appropriate) and related matters, whether supplied by the Contractor as an output in performing the Agreement, or supplied by the Customer from its own resources.
Software Specification has the meaning given to that term in clause 1.1(1) of the Code.
Software Specification means, where applicable for Software with bespoke elements, the specification in Schedule Three;
