Software Maintenance and Support Services definition

Software Maintenance and Support Services means the Services specified in clause 4.2 of this Agreement.
Software Maintenance and Support Services means any and all necessary Services to maintain and support the Vendor Software and SaaS Solution for the Vendor Software or SaaS Solution, as applicable, to perform in accordance with the Documentation, Agreement and Attachments as well as in accordance with the MASLs.
Software Maintenance and Support Services means those maintenance and support services specified in the Term Sheet and/or Service Level Agreement;

Examples of Software Maintenance and Support Services in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, IronNet will not be responsible for providing IronNet Software Maintenance and Support Services for: (i) any modifications to an IronNet Offering made by, or for, Customer (other than by IronNet, its Affiliates or subcontractors); (ii) defects in the Customer System or any other software or equipment not supplied by IronNet; or (iii) defects resulting from the misuse, improper use or abuse of an IronNet Offering.

  • Subject to this Agreement, following the implementation of an IronNet Offering, IronNet will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the IronNet Software Maintenance and Support Services purchased by Customer as set forth in an Ordering Document.

  • Certain enhancements to each IronNet Offering for which Customer has purchased support that are made generally available at no cost to all customers for IronNet Software Maintenance and Support Services will be made available to Customer at no additional charge.

  • The following Software Maintenance and Support Services do not apply to any Bayer Radiation Dose Management software (RDM) or Contrast Dose Management software (CDM) licensed by Customer from Bayer.

  • IronNet shall provide core quality fixes for an IronNet Offering which are made generally commercially available to its customers at no additional charge as part of the IronNet Software Maintenance and Support Services in the next chronological release of the IronNet Platform.

  • Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, Customer shall be entitled to receive Hardware Maintenance and Software Maintenance and Support Services, the terms of which are set forth on Exhibit A.

  • In consideration for ES&S’ agreement to provide the ES&S Software License and Software Maintenance and Support Services under this Exhibit A, Customer shall pay to ES&S the Software License and Software Maintenance and Support Fees set forth on Electronic Pollbook Sales Order.

  • Upon the expiration of the Warranty Period, the Customer shall be entitled to receive the Software Maintenance and Support Services described on Exhibit A, upon the payment of the applicable fees for such service.

  • If the License Renewal Term or any renewal thereof expires without being renewed, Customer may thereafter resume receiving ES&S’ license and Software Maintenance and Support Services upon (a) notification to ES&S, and (b) payment of all fees which would have been due to ES&S had the ES&S’ License Renewal Term not expired, plus a reinstatement charge.

  • Nothing herein shall be construed to require HWG to provide Software Maintenance and Support Services for any operating system software or Software running on hardware platforms not supported by HWG, or which do not meet product requirements.


More Definitions of Software Maintenance and Support Services

Software Maintenance and Support Services means maintenance and support services provided by HWG as part of the Cloud Services to STEPS Recipient pursuant to this Agreement as further defined below.
Software Maintenance and Support Services means Program support provided under Evolve's policies in effect on the date Software Maintenance and Support Services is ordered, subject to the payment by Customer of the applicable fees for such support and the last sentence of this section 1.8. A copy of Evolve's current policy for Software Maintenance and Support Services is attached as EXHIBIT B. Evolve reserves the right to alter such policies from time to time using its reasonable discretion so long as such alteration, taken as a whole, is no less favorable to Customer.

Related to Software Maintenance and Support Services

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. “Furniture Maintenance Product” does not include dusting aids, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning, and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
