Software Licences definition

Software Licences means, at any time, all licences granted to the Owner in respect of the Operational Software.
Software Licences means any licence or other permission relating to the use of Third Party Software;

Partner Panel: the area in which a Partner can manage the Aruba Cloud Services, after signing the Agreement, accessed by using his/her/its Login Details through a secure application available online through which the latter can carry out all operations resulting therefrom or for fulfilment of the Agreement as enabled by Aruba. Control Panel: the area in which the Customer can manage the Aruba Cloud Service by accessing with his/her/its login details at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx in the section dedicated to the individual service.

  • Upon such acceptance by the Company, a contract for the supply and purchase of the Services on these Conditions and, where applicable, Software Licences, together with the relevant accepted Order Form and any attachments, incorporated in such documents by reference, will be established ("Contract").

  • Software to include, but not limited to Software Applications, including Open Source, Software Licences, Software Upgrade, Software-related Services, Software Support Services, Software Development Services, Software Maintenance Services, Software Implementation Services, Software Reproduction Services, Software Configuration Services, Hosted Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), Data Services, ESCROW and Managed Services.

  • Following the end of the Initial Term, all Software Licences granted under this Agreement shall expire, and in order to continue using the Software You agree to re-purchase all Software Licences and associated Support Services for additional periods of the same duration as the Initial Term and continuously thereafter (each a “Renewal Term”), unless either party gives written notice at least 90 days prior to the end of the Term, of its intention to terminate the Service.

  • Other Software Licences under the relevant product family may be added at any time on the currently applicable terms.

  • The following terms and conditions shall apply to all agreements for the provision of Support Services, the sale and servicing of Hardware and the provision of Software Licences.


More Definitions of Software Licences

Software Licences means the licences relating to the use of various software products and systems listed in Annex 1.
Software Licences means any and all licences to a Group Company of Computer Software other than licences of standard package software:
Software Licences means a licence key(s), registration code(s) or serial number supplied by the Licensor for the Software (which may include Cloud Services) to enable use of the Software by the Licensee according to the type of Software Licence purchased by the Licensee.
Software Licences means the licence of the Software granted to End User by HawkSight for End User’s use of the Software in accordance with the scope and limitations of use specified in the XXXX and the relevant Order Form; and
Software Licences a licence to use the Software on the licence terms referred to in the Agreement Details and/or as delivered with the Software. Software Specification: the specification for the Software, as set out in the Agreement Details.
Software Licences means any and all licences to a Group Company of Computer Software other than licences of standard package software: (a) operating in its standard configuration; (b) readily available on standard terms and conditions; and (c) not subject to termination on change of control or otherwise or the payment of renewal fees;
