Software Enhancements definition

Software Enhancements means modifications or improvements made to the Software relating to PCS Products which improve performance or capacity of the Software or which provide additional functions to the Software.
Software Enhancements means an update or upgrade to the Distributed Software or to the Platform Software, which update or upgrade may include new product features that change the character or structure of the software or its functional use or operation and will usually form part of an automatic update to the Software without any action being required from Customer;
Software Enhancements means improvements or additions to the Licensed Software which are not separately priced by FAST;

Examples of Software Enhancements in a sentence

  • Customer will not install the Software, Enhancements or Customization on a network or other multi-user computer system unless otherwise specified in the Exhibits to this Schedule, in which case the Designated Environment may be used to provide database or file services to other of Customer's computers across the network, up to the number of workstations specified in Exhibit C-1.

  • The Vendor will endeavor in subsequent Software Upgrades, Software Enhancements, Combined Releases and other versions of its OTAF Software to accommodate the Owner's need to preserve compatibility between the Owner's modifications and such Vendor-provided programs.

  • Maintenance Releases, Software Enhancements and Combined Releases.

  • Customer may make only one back-up archival copy of the Software, Enhancements or Customization.

  • Master copies of new Software Enhancements shall be secured in a software library and configuration databases shall be updated.

  • Supplier shall offer to Ordering Company during the term of an Order or Supplemental Agreement, at an agreed upon charge, if any, all Software Enhancements and Related Documentation, generally made available by Supplier.

  • Attachment L to this Agreement sets forth the software that is owned by a Third Party and licensed by ACS and/or any of its Affiliates on an enterprise-wide basis (meaning pursuant to a license that is not specific to Symetra) that Symetra agrees ACS may use to provide the Services (together with all supporting documentation, media and related materials, including all Software Enhancements, the “Category 1 Software”).


More Definitions of Software Enhancements

Software Enhancements means all enhancements (including Upgrades) to the Software which Comtrend develops and generally makes available at no extra charge to other licensees of Software who have paid for the Technical Support Services. Upon release of any Software Enhancements, such Software Enhancements will be considered to be Software for purposes of this Agreement.
Software Enhancements will mean any improvements, modifications, additions, and upgrades which add additional features and functionality to the System either developed by Xxxxxxx or custom developed by Xxxxxxx for Triton PCS.

Related to Software Enhancements

  • Enhancements means the corrections, updates, upgrades or new versions of the Software or Documentation that Licensor may provide to Licensee under this Agreement.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];
