Software Applications definition

Software Applications means the software / application(s) identified in the Contract Particulars;
Software Applications means any software applications and programs downloaded by subscribers to their Customer Devices.
Software Applications means any software, plug-in or module that is not part of a manufacturer’s base operating system (e.g., Adobe Flash plug-in, Microsoft Office, and Java runtime components).

More Definitions of Software Applications

Software Applications means the computer program, services, functions, in object code only, as specified in Exhibit A, Part A (FARES Services) offered by FARES to access the Information, Valuation Models or Images and to automatically generate information for specific real properties based on user-defined variables and proprietary FARES computer programs.
Software Applications means the computer software more particularly described in the Subscription as modified, extended, added to or replaced during the agreement.
Software Applications means the software / application(s) identified in the Contract
Software Applications are the computer programs explicitly listed above in the section titled “Software Product Licenses”.

Software Applications or “Software” shall mean the executable code and the source code of the following Software Applications: • Cadmos version 1.1 dated 11 March 2017, developed by [**] (CNRS employee), filed with the APP (Agence pour la Protection de Programmes [Programme Protection Agency]) on 31 March 2017 under reference number [**]; • NOSTRADAMUS version 0.1 dated 11 March 2017, which was developed between January 2015 and 11 March 2017 by [**] (CNRS employee), [**] (Bordeaux INP employee), [**] ( University of Bordeaux employee), [**] (INRIA employee) and [**] (Bordeaux University employee); it was filed on behalf and in the names of the CNRS, the University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux INP and INRIA on 30 March 2017, under reference number [**]; • NENUCORE, developed by [**] (Bordeaux University Hospital and the University of Bordeaux employee), [**] (INRIA employee), [**] (INRIA employee) and [**] (INRIA employee); it was filed on behalf and in the name of the CNRS, the University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux INP and INRIA and the Bordeaux University Hospital, on 30 March 2017, under reference number [**]. Related to Software Applications

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Athlete Application means the form set by the NZOC that must be completed by any Athlete applying to be nominated and selected to the Games Team.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
