Software Agreements. Software Agreements" shall mean (a) the Software License Agreement dated July 31, 1999 between the Company and J.D. Xxxxxxx xxx (b) the Maintenance Agreement dated July 31, 1999 between the Company and J.D. Xxxxxxx.

More Definitions of Software Agreements

Software Agreements means collectively the Software License Agreement and Software Assurance Agreements for the Product licensed. Software Assurance Agreements means the contracts providing for the technical support and maintenance of the Product. Software License Agreement means the license agreement between TimeXtender and each Customer by which TimeXtender grants Customer limited rights to use the Product(s).
