Social Rented Units definition

Social Rented Units means [x] % of the Affordable Housing Plot Numbers [x] as set out on Plan[x] to be constructed in accordance with the Welsh Governments Development Quality Requirements (DQR)
Social Rented Units means (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the District Council) [insert number of units] of the Affordable Housing Units let by a Registered Provider and offered at a Social Rent
Social Rented Units means units of accommodation let subject to an assured tenancy agreement with a Registered Provider of Social Housing at a rent not exceeding the target rent of the Tenant Services Authority (or successor or body person which may replace such authority from time to time) and does not include Affordable Rented Units [unlikely to be needed unless subsidy available];

Examples of Social Rented Units in a sentence

  • The Service Charge payable by the occupants of any Affordable Housing Unit shall be limited to no more than £650 per annum and Index Linked annually from the date of occupation thereafter (This does not include RP management charges for Social Rented Units).

  • Permission is sought for a variation of the s.106 legal agreement pertaining to the development insofar as to the definition of Social Rented Units.

  • The affordable housing tenure mix is 60% Social Rented Units and 40% Intermediate Housing Units.

More Definitions of Social Rented Units

Social Rented Units means Affordable Housing Units to be provided on a social rented basis by an Affordable Housing Provider for which guideline target rents are determined through the national rent regime or owned by other persons and provided under equivalent rental arrangements as may be agreed with the Borough Council or with Homes England;
Social Rented Units means all those Affordable Housing Unit(s) to be let to Qualifying Persons by the Registered Provider at a Social Rent the exact number and location of which to be approved by the Council pursuant to the Affordable Housing Scheme.
Social Rented Units means the Affordable Housing Dwellings constructed pursuant to Schedule 1 where the rents are calculated in accordance with the formula for setting social rent levels in The Policy Statement on Rents for Social Housing issued by the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government February 2019 Chapter 2 and Appendices A and B the document entitled “Limit on Annual Rent Increases 2020-2021” issued by The Regulator of Social Housing April 2020 and the document entitled Rent Standard April 2020 issued by the Regulator of Social Housing or any amendment to or replacement of these from time to time and "Social Rented Unit" shall be construed accordingly
Social Rented Units means any Affordable Dwelling Units to be Provided as Social Housing units for rent In accordance with this Agreement; "Sport and Leisure means the sum of £530 per Dwelling Unit payable In accordance Contribution" with paragraph 4 of the First Schedule of this Agreement being a financial contribution towards the cost of providing sport and leisure facilities In the District of Chichester but with priority given If reasonably possible to the NHS land to the south of the Land (numbered 14 on Plan 2 attached) and/or Oaklands Park (identified on drawing number QS/24887/1005 attached to this Agreement as Appendix g); "St Pancras/Spitalfield Lane Works Contribution" means the sum of Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Pounds (£79,920) to be used by the County Council towards highway improvements on the Westharnpnett corridor required in order to mitigate the effects of the Proposed Development including all signs signals markings and any Traffic Regulation Orders that may be required;
Social Rented Units means the Residential Units available for rent such that: a) guideline target rents are determined through the national rent regime and are consistent with the London Plan and the Mayor’s SPG;
Social Rented Units means the 4 Affordable Housing Units within the Development which are let at London Affordable Rent
