Social Membership definition

Social Membership means a “Social Membership” in the Club as the same is defined in the membership plan from time to time.
Social Membership means the right of a member to have access to and enjoyment of any entertainment, recreational facilities and other amenities in respect of the Township, but excluding playing rights concerning the Golf Course;
Social Membership shall have the meaning set forth in the Club Membership Plan. “Special Use Fees” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.7, below. “Transfer Right” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a), below. All other initially capitalized terms that are used in this Agreement without being defined in the Section 1 shall have the meanings given to those terms in Article I of the Declaration.

With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.
