More Definitions of Social Members

Social Members to include the members of the DBC. This gives effect to similar membership rights held by members of the DBC in regard to use of the Pavilion as they held as members of DSC (see attachment 1 for details of the rights and obligations of Social Members). These rules also enable a committee of DHC to manage and control the Pavilion on behalf of its members. The demise of DSC necessitates an agreement between DHC and DBC in regard to the Pavilion and Bar operations and to govern the relationship between the two clubs as co-tenants of the Pavilion. As a consequence of the deregistration of the Doncaster Sports Club Ltd it will likely be necessary to negotiate an access agreement with Council in regard to occupation of the Pavilion. Currently their exists a letter from DTRA (now known as MRA) dated 1992 granting temporary access to the Pavilion to DSC (and its “tenant clubs”). DHC has requested that MRA simply transfer the rights granted under that letter to DSC to DHC pending clarification of the Council’s intentions in regard to documenting the occupancy of the Pavilion.
