Social Media Assets definition

Social Media Assets means all accounts, profiles, registrations, usernames, keywords, tags, and other social media identifiers used in connection with any social media websites, channels, pages, groups, blogs and lists.
Social Media Assets means Seller’s worldwide ownership, control, right, title, and interest in and to the social media accounts with the social media platforms set forth on Section 1.3 of the Disclosure Letter and the social media pages associated with such accounts, all rights of an account holder as set forth in the terms of service or comparable agreement between Seller and the operator of the corresponding social media platform, all copyrights in such social media pages and all content owned by Seller on such social media pages, including all graphics used on the social media pages, all databases generated for the social media accounts and pages, online forms and scripts used in connection with the social media accounts and pages and all advertisements for the social media accounts and pages, and the goodwill associated with the social media accounts and pages and symbolized thereby.
Social Media Assets means (a) all access credentials, accounts, profiles, pages, feeds, registrations and other presences on or used in connection with any (i) social media or social networking website or service, (ii) online blog or message board, (iii) photo, video or other content- sharing website or service, (iv) rating and review website or service, or (v) collaborative content website or service or similar forum, and (b) all content contained in or used in connection with any of the foregoing.

Social Media Assets means all profiles and accounts for and data derived from Borrower’s relationship networks, media sharing networks, discussion forums, social publishing platforms, bookmarking sites, internet based networks, ecommerce sites and partnership and other online assets.
