Snagging List definition

Snagging List means a list of defects, shrinkages or other faults in the Works (or a Section thereof); Insert the following new clauses:
Snagging List the list to be prepared by the Contractor in accordance with Clause 19.4A (Snagging Items) containing particulars of minor defects, deficiencies or omissions of a snagging nature which do not prevent the Contractor from issuing a Certificate of Availability;
Snagging List means the list, to be prepared by the Contractor and agreed by the Technical Adviser, of minor defects, deficiencies or omissions of a snagging nature which do not prevent the Technical Adviser from issuing an Acceptance Certificate;

Examples of Snagging List in a sentence

  • Should the Contractor fail to make good the works set out on any Snagging List within the time set out on that list or such other reasonable period as the Architect/Contract Administrator may instruct, the Employer shall be entitled to complete or make good those items and make an appropriate deduction from the Contract Sum.

More Definitions of Snagging List

Snagging List has the meaning given to it in clause 12.6(a);
Snagging List means the list of omissions imperfections defects or other faults annexed to this Agreement at Appendix H;

Snagging List means the list to be prepared by the Independent Certifier in accordance with Clause 21.5.1 (Snagging Items) containing Snagging Items;
Snagging List means the list of minor remedial Works agreed between parties at the scheduled end of Works.
