Snagging Items shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement for Lease

Snagging Items means such minor omissions, imperfections, defects and faults in the completed Works identified in the snagging list and remedied prior to issue of the Practical Completion Certificate

Examples of Snagging Items in a sentence

• As soon as shall be reasonably possible after the issue of the Take Over Certificate, but in any event within thirty (30) Days from the issue of the Take Over Certificate (or such longer period as the Purchaser and the Contractor may agree), the Contractor shall complete or repair (as applicable) to the reasonable satisfaction of the Purchaser's Representative all Minor Snagging Items.

• The Contractor shall keep the Purchaser informed regarding the progress in addressing such Minor Snagging Items.

Snagging Items means any minor defects or omitted items or items of decoration or repair (not including items of or relating to the Tenant's Works) as specified in the list attached to or created at the same time as the Base Building Works Practical Completion Certificate which do not, and the completion of which will not, individually or collectively prevent or adversely affect (other than to an extent which is not material) the ability to carry out the Tenant's Works or the beneficial use and occupation of the Demised Premises as offices
