SnackCo Marks definition

SnackCo Marks means any of the Trademarks owned by Kraft Foods Inc. or any of its direct or indirect Subsidiaries immediately prior to the Distribution that (i) are SnackCo Primary Brands or (ii) primarily relate to or are primarily used in the SnackCo Business. The “SnackCo Marks” include all of the Trademarks listed in the SnackCo Xxxx Binders (other than any GroceryCo Primary Brand listed inadvertently therein) and exclude all of the Trademarks that are listed in the GroceryCo Xxxx Binders (other than any SnackCo Primary Brand listed inadvertently therein).
SnackCo Marks means any of the Trademarks owned by Kraft Foods Inc. or any of its direct or indirect Subsidiaries immediately prior to the Distribution that (i) are SnackCo Primary Brands or (ii) primarily relate to or are primarily used in the SnackCo Business. The “SnackCo Marks” include all of the Trademarks listed in the SnackCo Mark Binders (other than any GroceryCo Primary Brand listed inadvertently therein) and exclude all of the Trademarks that are listed in the GroceryCo Mark Binders (other than any SnackCo Primary Brand listed inadvertently therein).

Examples of SnackCo Marks in a sentence

  • Subjects will be provided with placebo metered dose inhaler in the run-in period and will be advised to take one inhalation twice daily for two weeks.

  • Any Trade Dress that is created in good faith after the Distribution Date by or on behalf of a SnackCo Entity independently from such GroceryCo Trade Dress in connection with the use of a GroceryCo Mark licensed by GroceryCo IPCo hereunder (“SnackCo-Developed Trade Dress”) and that portion of any Trade Dress that relates specifically to any SnackCo Marks shall be owned by SnackCo IPCo or its respective Affiliates.

  • GroceryCo shall pay to SnackCo IPCo or one of its Affiliates (as designated by SnackCo IPCo) a royalty of two and a half percent (2.5%) of all net revenues tax of the GroceryCo Entities for sales in the NA Countries and the Caribbean Countries of GroceryCo Products bearing the SnackCo Marks licensed under this Section 3.2(b).

  • GroceryCo shall pay to SnackCo IPCo or one of its Affiliates (as designated by SnackCo IPCo) a royalty of two and a half percent (2.5%) of all net revenues of the GroceryCo Entities for sales in the NA Countries and the Caribbean Countries of GroceryCo Products bearing the SnackCo Marks licensed under this Section 3.2(b).

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Transferred Trademarks means all registered and common law Trademarks of Seller in any jurisdiction in the world, including the Product names and the Trademarks listed on Schedule 1.1(eeee).

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Product Trademark means (a) any trademark or trade name, whether or not registered, or any trademark application, renewal, extension or modification thereto, in the Territory, or any trade dress and packaging, that is applied to or used with Products by Xxxxxx and (b) all goodwill associated therewith, and any promotional materials relating thereto.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Trademarks means any trademark and servicemark rights, whether registered or not, applications to register and registrations of the same and like protections, and the entire goodwill of the business of Borrower connected with and symbolized by such trademarks.

  • Retained Names and Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.

  • Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned by any person other than the Corporation and to which the Corporation has a license which has not expired or been terminated;

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Transferred Technology has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Trade Dress means the print, style, font, color, graphics, labels, packaging and other elements of trade dress (including Bottle Designs or other Container designs) that are (a) used on or in connection with Products as of the date hereof (including the Bottle Designs as of the date hereof for Corona, Negra Modelo and Modelo Especial), or (b) permitted pursuant to this Agreement after the date hereof to be used in connection with the marketing, merchandising, promotion, advertisement, licensing, distribution and sale of Products in the Territory.

  • Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

  • Marks means any and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, taglines, company names, and logos, including unregistered and common-law rights in the foregoing, and rights under registrations of and applications to register the foregoing.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • IP Ancillary Rights means, with respect to any other Intellectual Property, as applicable, all foreign counterparts to, and all divisionals, reversions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, reexaminations, renewals and extensions of, such Intellectual Property and all income, royalties, proceeds and Liabilities at any time due or payable or asserted under or with respect to any of the foregoing or otherwise with respect to such Intellectual Property, including all rights to xxx or recover at law or in equity for any past, present or future infringement, misappropriation, dilution, violation or other impairment thereof, and, in each case, all rights to obtain any other IP Ancillary Right.

  • Company Licensed IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by a third party and licensed to the Company or to which the Company otherwise has a right to use.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party and licensed or sublicensed to either the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.
